MY NAME IS KATIE
I’m a 30-something girl (‘woman’ still makes me feel old!) living in a flat in North London with my husband. We had a beautiful lockdown wedding in September 2020 with 30 guests and the sun shining upon us. I love being with family and friends and you can usually find me socialising or hiding out in a cinema. Health has always been important to me but was something I took for granted. Now I’m determined to improve my own health and to hopefully help others along the way.
